About Us

Prairie Creek Terminal Services, Inc., specializes in wholesale fertilizer distribution with two production bagging lines. 

 

We custom blend   fertilizer and ice melt products for resellers and National Account Chains in all types of landscaping, horticultural, ornamental, golf course and garden trades.  We leave the customer  to you, the        professionals, to service them with your expertise.

 

The fertilizer bulk and bagging production plant is located at the facility formally known as Tyler Enterprises.  The fertilizer storage areas are serviced by the UP Railroad with two lines capable of   unloading twenty-five car sidings for both liquid and dry fertilizer products.

 

Our bagging lines are capable of manufacturing   super sack materials and mixes in one ton mini bulk bags along with bag products with SGN sizing between 180 to 250. This line is also capable of bagging mixes ranging from 17 to 50 pounds.  Our second line is capable of product SGN sizes of 90 to 150 especially to service the Golf Course Market.

 

Our liquid tank has a capacity to hold 14,000 tons of 32% liquid Nitrogen which can be unloaded into tanker trucks in less than ten minutes.

 

Wholesale Fertilizer Company

All of our products go through a double screening process in two different areas of our plant and finish the production process of shaker screening to ensure proper quality and sizing.  A dust control filtration system is in place in the production and bagging area and we offer a warehouse for storing up to 700 tons of finished product separate from the main bagging room.
